BOOKING POLICY

That O Photography


1. Booking and Confirmation

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and proof of payment has been submitted.

All bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dates will not be held without a confirmed deposit.


2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid before the shoot or no later than the day prior to the session or event.

No images will be delivered until full payment has been received.
Late payments may result in delays in the delivery of final images.


3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their booking once at no additional cost, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee, depending on the type of shoot.

Same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.


4. Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited.

If the photographer is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made.


5. Late Arrival Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session.

Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time, and the session will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled time.

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in the cancellation of the session without refund.


6. Delivery and Turnaround Time

Sneak preview images are delivered within 24 to 72 hours after the session.

Estimated turnaround times for final images are as follows:

  • Standard sessions: 2 to 5 working days
  • Events: 3 to 7 working days
  • Weddings: 5 to 14 working days

Turnaround times may vary during peak periods. Clients will be informed of any delays.


7. Editing and Image Policy

All final images are delivered fully edited in the photographer’s signature style.

RAW or unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.

Additional retouched images may be requested at an additional cost.


8. Image Storage and Delivery

Final images are delivered via a secure online gallery for a limited period.

Clients are responsible for downloading their images within the specified timeframe.

Requests for gallery re-uploads may be subject to an administrative fee.


9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.

This includes bringing any required outfits, props, or accessories unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients are also responsible for communicating any specific expectations prior to the shoot.


10. Liability

The photographer is not responsible for factors outside of their control, including but not limited to uncooperative subjects, weather conditions, or venue restrictions.

In the event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session or provide an appropriate solution.


11. Travel and Location

Sessions within Centurion are included in the standard pricing.

Travel outside of this area may incur additional costs.

Any location permits, entrance fees, or venue-related costs are the responsibility of the client.


12. Usage Rights

The photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Clients who prefer privacy must communicate this request prior to the session.


13. Additional Services

Additional retouched images, extended sessions, or priority delivery options are available upon request and may be charged separately.

It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for weddings or events. I recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Each session varies depending on the package, but typically includes a set amount of time, edited images, and an online gallery for easy viewing and download.

You’ll receive your edited photos through an online gallery, where you can download them directly. Prints and albums are also available upon request.

I recommend wearing outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Neutral tones and solid colors work well, but I can offer personalized advice depending on the style of your shoot.

Photos that are not purchased within the package will be deleted.

Typically, you’ll receive your edited photos within 3-7 working days of the shoot. Weddings and larger events may take a bit longer.
