Studio Rules & Polices
Studio Etiquette
To ensure a professional and enjoyable experience for all clients:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking.
- Handle studio equipment with care.
- Keep the studio clean and organized.
- Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas.
- Respect scheduled booking times.
- Report any equipment issues immediately.
Reservations Policy
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Remaining balances must be settled before or on the day of the shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking date may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking subject to availability.

Event photos and videos are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.
Refund & Cancellations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Yes. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot may qualify for a partial refund of payments made, excluding the booking deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the shoot are generally non-refundable.
Yes. Rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible. One complimentary reschedule may be granted subject to availability and weather conditions. Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Late arrivals may reduce the available shooting time. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
